  • The ROC WBCS Flexible Office Space, a Series 1 Investment located in Carol Stream, IL, has contracted to sell for $3.375M and is scheduled to close at the end of 3Q16. The occupancy for this property is 90%.

  • The ROC Thayer property in Willowbrook, IL, a Series 2 Investment, is listed for sale for $5.75M, and the building is 100% occupied.
