Introduction to Growth 2017
We are pleased to announce that the Infinite Alpha Opportunistic Fund is starting a new series to take advantage of continued compelling opportunities in distressed assets and other illiquid investments.
This new investment portfolio is similar to our existing Growth Series and will leverage opportunities in private markets including multi-family real estate, private equity, farmland and distressed real estate to produce a favorable risk-reward profile.

Multi-Family Real Estate
Working with our preferred partner in the multi-family real estate market, this new investment encompasses three new multi-family real estate projects. The advantage of this multi-project fund is that it offers certainty of investment opportunity and the opportunity for diversity in three separate projects and trade areas.
Lake Zurich Self Storage
Working with one of our preferred partners, this investment continues to focus on income producing self-storage real estate with the potential for yielding above average returns compared to most other investment vehicles. We are augmenting our current investment in this market (Melrose Park, IL and Skokie, IL) with the addition of this third self storage property in Lake Zurich, IL.
Diversified Real Estate
The fund will acquire value-add multifamily and office properties in high growth markets while providing investors diversification across 15+ properties that differ by geographic region and property type.
The fund will target opportunities in markets that have demonstrated substantial increases in population and job growth and continue to exhibit attractive long-term demographic indicators, such as Austin, Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston and Raleigh.
We have partnered with an equity manager to invest in mis-priced corporate securities via rigorous fundamental analysis in an effort to provide risk-adjusted returns via long / short corporate credit and equity securities.
We have partnered with an asset lending company who is experienced in sourcing and constructing transactions, offering us a signature advantage.
Our lending partner has a track record of lending against collateral ranging from fine art to commercial aircraft. An extensive deal sourcing network provides diversity across asset type, industry, geography, and structure.
The Yards at Fisher
A mixed-use development including approximately 105,000 square feet of class A retail, two national flag hotel concepts, a three-story parking garage and 260 luxury apartment homes with resort style amenities. Fishers District, a culinary and entertainment destination, will showcase more than a dozen restaurants, including several local landmarks and an innovative culinary incubator.
Signature feature, “The Yard,” will serve as a lively gathering place for the entire community. The Hotel Parcel (4.17 acres) and Burger Study Parcel (0.65 acres) are projected to be sold in Fall 2018. The remaining retail and multifamily will be owned and operated by our preferred partner.
Micro Hospital Overland Park Kansas
As investors in the Growth 17 series, you will be investing in a Micro-Hospital located on a 2.59-acre lot at the southeast corner of the intersection of W. 159th Street and U.S. Highway 69 in Overland Park Kansas. The Property will be a 24-hour Micro-Hospital facility and is located within the Blue Valley Business Center, a local business park where 20,000 vehicles pass by daily.
