The apartment complex at Tiffany Springs was completed on budget and is fully open and leasing at a great capacity! The property is currently 62% occupied and hitting projected rents. The average occupancy for our comparable stabilized properties remains steady at 95%. showing a continued healthy demand.
Kansas City Market Update
Kansas City International Airport has embarked on a major overhaul on existing Terminal A. It was decommissioned and demolished this summer, 2019. At just over 1 million square feet, it is the largest infrastructure project in the city’s history. Once complete it will feature 39 gates, with the ability for up to a 50-gate expansion. The New Terminal is slated to be complete in early 2023.
