Update for this Growth Series Investment
As of February 1, 2016 Oak Run was 97% occupied and 100% leased, Creekbend was 85% occupied and 92% leased, and Wyndham was 85% occupied and 93% leased.
Capital improvements continue as interior upgrades are completed for 41% of the units, with a projected upgrade of up to 15 units per week until all 322 units are complete. Expected completion for interior renovation is 2Q16.
