Fourth Quarter 2014 Update
Our last update referenced the Letter of Intent with Minute Pharmacy, an independent pharmacy, for 1,331 square feet for three years at $14/sf net rent. The lease has been executed and commences this March 2015.
A successful well established fitness club and martial arts/self defense studio are combining to pursue 5,300 sf of the 8,300 square foot vacant Cardinal Fitness space. We are pursuing a LOI and if finalized, lease commencement is expected in April.
Two prospects have expressed interest in the 1,331 sf vacant existing salon space and we expect one to move forward with an LOI. Also, an individual is looking at a
1,300 sf space for an independent women’s clothing store
with strong financial resources.
