Mokena Increases Market Visibility

Mokena increased the market visibility of the remaining 6,105 square foot vacant space of the property through signage and direct mailings. A law firm interested in approximately 1,800 square feet has requested a proposal for a five-year lease. The firm needs to move in by mid-December so we should know if this is a “real” deal quickly. Mokena is also working with a third party broker to schedule a tour for their client of the entire 6,105 square feet.
