This represents the fourth property for this fund managed by a boutique private equity real estate investment group with retail holdings throughout the Central United States
Century Plaza is located in Lisle, IL, a dense and wealthy suburb of Chicago. It is a 15,464 square foot neighborhood shopping center with several new tenants including Dunkin Donuts with a drive-thru. The property is situated on a high traffic road on a major retail corridor and has the best visibility of competing shopping centers. As a formerly bank owned property, the fund manager will implement new strategies to bring Century Plaza to its full potential.
