Capital Improvements - HM Columbus Portfolio

As of October 26, 2015 Oak Run was 95% occupied and 98% leased, Creekbend was 75% occupied and 81% leased, and Wyndham was 88% occupied and 91% leased. Management allowed the attrition at the property to drop so vacant units can be upgraded swiftly and expeditiously.

The following capital improvements were implemented since the last update:

  • Interior upgrades were completed on 27 vacant units between the 3 properties. Renovations will begin on occupied units the first week of November.

  • LED lights were piloted in Creekbend and will be installed throughout the rest of the property.

  • The model unit at Wyndham Ridge has been completed.

Upgrades for remaining units are scheduled for completion over the upcoming months.
